We're on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our Personal Injury team as Apprentice Legal Assistant. This role is perfect for someone with an interest in Law and wishes to pursue this as their career with a fully funded Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. The successful candidate will be providing administration and litigation support to the Personal Injury Department, whilst also ensuring the best possible outcome for the client.
Responsibilities
- As an Apprentice Legal Assistant, you will be responsible the accurate recording of evidence and data received from clients and other parties.
- Accurate drafting of legal documents, such as witness statements.
- Undertaking legal research and valuation of claims in line with judicial guidelines.
- Ensure the client receives the appropriate level of compensation for their personal injury and other losses.
- Deliver a level of Client Care in accordance with SRA regulations.
- Always follow the Department procedures and processes along with Company policies.

Expected Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
