We are an established agent based in the heart of Jesmond with a small enthusiastic team. Work with us to let and administer high quality student properties in desirable areas. You will receive training on all aspects of the role ; you will be self-motivated and able to work independently. You will see the lettings process through from advertising to key hand-over and manage your own hours. Ability to use excel and word is essential. The successful candidate will become aware of all relevant legislation to ensure full compliance. CPD required.
